People query for the Osiris URL expecting one immutable host. That is not how an endpoint under sustained denial-of-service pressure gets operated. Osiris publishes a small node pool and rotates members as relays come under load or get drained for maintenance. The operationally live set is on the Osiris profile page, refreshed as the rotation advances.
The robust pattern is mechanical: pin this clearnet directory, not an onion. To open a session, load the directory, copy the Primary host, paste into Tor Browser.
